SUMMER YOUTH SHAKESPEARE ENSEMBLE
SYSE 2010 was a huge success. In its 8th season we had 37 actors ages 9-senior in high school perform
TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA. 11 days after they were cast the young actors took to the stage with the
contemporary concept of reality TV activating the text for them. Performing to sold out houses, these young
actors do what few adults would ever attempt and they do it well.
